Open Letter to U.S. Senator Graham

U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary: Please Confirm email and respond about how to go about holding a Hearing. I believe that the Subcommittee on Human Rights & Law is best suited.

Dear U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary

On behalf of The Universal Family Rights Institute,(“UFRI”), countless voiceless children/families, and all Americans rights to have their Civil Rights protected, I seek to hold a Hearing on 9th Cir. Case 20-55459, Rosasen v. Rosasen.

The objective is to assure that U.S. Courts only hear Hague Convention Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction cases, incorporated into US law under The International Child Abductions Remedies Act (“ICARA”), cases to remove Children from the U.S., upon certified approval from the U.S. State Department, (“DOS”), that it in fact has approved the application. This will assure ICARA can less likely be used to do what it was set up to deter, international Child Abduction and wrongful retention.

The firing of DOS, EUR Abduction Officer Darnell Posey for suggesting I request a FOIA and contact the Department of Justice, (“DOJ”), should be part of the hearing.

Finally consider proposing legislation that parents who lose their children via abduction/ custody and or divorce has a rights to appointment of counsel as in criminal cases, should be considered.

What happened to my children, should not happen. Oral argument and cross examination, being served are all fundamental rights. To Remove U.S. citizen children, to a jurisdiction from which one parent is banned, and that systematically violates rights to family, defies the intended objectives of the ICARA.

I am as a result of this, a litigant in Rosasen et. al. V. Norway et. al. I allege that my children’s civil rights, my and their freedoms, including freedom of speech and other liberties, have and continue to be violated by a foreign sovereign government. I hope I can get help to help my and countless others, children.
