United States Senator Tim Scott
May 22, 2023

Dear U.S. Senator Tim Scott,
Universal Family Rights Institute, (“UFRI”) was founded to strengthen Right to Family Life. We seek donations to UFRI and Herischi Human Rights Law Center.
Your office can help by connecting with media, and requesting the new U.S. Ambassador to Norway demands restoration of temporary physical access. This has been Denied since April 2020 in violation of The Hague Convention Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction.
The legal questions raised in Rosasen v. Norway, is if foreign governments may torture and kidnap American citizens with immunity and in Rosasen v. Rosasen, if oral argument and cross examination is required under the Constitution.
A Donation of $20,000.00 and or forwarding this Civil Rights case to the press, will help send a clear message to foreign sovereign governments, that it has waved it’s rights under the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act (“FSIA”) to immunity, and that U.S. laws, (jurisdiction and venue), applies when it commits torture and or kidnapping.
Please forward this to The Clooney Foundation for Justice, Burford Capital At Jonathan Molot, and or any other individual or organizations, that the U.S. Senator can you, his staffers, can think off, that cares about the United States Constitution and our Nations Civil Rights.
It’s 1144 days since my children, twins, now 7, last saw me. They are American Citizens by birth and their not supposed to be second class citizens. Your attention to this matter, can help restore only thing that matters for my children, their fundamental rights to know their father;
UFRI seeks to
1. Lobby a bipartisan bill, that parents who risk losing their children via abduction/Custody/divorce or the Child Protective Services” has a right to counsel as in criminal proceedings.
2. Petition to hold a Senate Judiciary Committee Hearing on Rosasen v. Rosasen, to Assure the Committee concludes that the State Department, Office Of Children Issues, issues a certificate for the Courts before hearing cases under The Hague Convention Civil Aspects of International Child Abductions.
3. Amend the UN Charter on the Rights of Children (“UNCRC”), to insure international consensus on when Article 9, which reads: “a child or young person shouldn’t be separated from their parents unless: staying with their parents could be harmful to them; or. it’s impossible for them to stay with their parents”, necessitates removing children from their biological family. The current text, is to vague, and what’s harmful, needs to be clearly defined.
Respectfully
